Evaluating paintings and advising Art collectors or investors is a very delicate matter that needs to be taken seriously. It requires method and experience. The pleasure of owning a veracious masterpiece as well as the real return of the buyer's investment is maintained as we know that we paid the right price for the painting.
Evaluating is something far more complex than looking at the latest auction results. There are dozens of elements related to the painting that need to be checked up. Often, the best looking painting is not the smartest purchase. The reliability of the information provided by the seller also needs to be verified, and this includes auction houses. The provenance must be consistent and the condition of the painting has to be scientifically studied in order to understand in which manner this might affect the value of the painting. We have been advising Art dealers, Museums, Foundations and private collectors for the last 35 years since Angel Granero senior opened his first Gallery in Barcelona in 1983. Private collection evaluation and care.

We recommend you to evaluate or re-evaluate your painting collection every five years. We can take care of your collection and eventually provide you with periodical condition reports. We'll prevent painting deterioration and recommend you where to hang your art best in order to preserve it in perfect condition.
